This video is from my learning within Tripudio, an excellent movement system, designed specifically to help the movement of lymph. It is important that we keep our lymphatic system working well and for that to happen, it requires movement, skin stretch and good breathing.
All these elements are brought into the series of movements shown in the video.
Please be aware that whilst gentle and able to be performed either in whole or part by you, my clients; it is important that no movements cause you pain or more pain and if they do, you stop immediately.
The aim is to encourage fluid movement and drainage, helping you move better as you go through your day, rather than being slugged up from remaining static for too many hours!
Please contact me if you need clarification of any movements/alternatives to movements and remember they can all be done sat down on a dining room style chair.
I am also more than happy to do some one to one sessions with those of you who would like more specific help, where possible - I will do my best to support you.
